Ahoy me landlubbing hearties

International Talk Like A Pirate Day is here, and we will have a dress up day on Thursday 24 September. We are planning for some fun with the lingo and I’ll be threatening a few of the kids with making them walk the plank, while they deliver their very best impressions of “Aaaarrrgghh!”. The kids will have a fun time in class with lots of activities to finish off the term. It is also a fun food day for our canteen so the kids can avoid getting scurvy!! Details to follow from Danelle in the canteen. We hope to see everyone in Pirate clothing (I have asked them to check with a parent before they go tearing up their clothes!!) but the kids can come in sensible sun-safe mufti if they prefer. Let’s finish the term off in a great way before going on holidays. So get your pirate gear on and hoist the mainsails, ya scurvy dogs!!!!!
